International have been leaders in the global employee
assistance programme (EAP) and wellbeing field for over 20
years.
We deliver world class employee assistance programmes (EAPs) and
wellbeing services in over 50 countries around the world.
Our EAPs support both local companies in those locations as well
as the employees of multinational corporations.
We have been building employee assistance in countries where
this did not exist a few years ago, so we understand the importance
of ensuring our services are totally aligned to the unique cultural
and linguistic characteristics of each country.
The uniqueness of our proposition is that we build the
infrastructure locally. Our companies offer in country call
handling and intake as well as account management in the languages
of that country and by professionals who are local
nationals.
