AXA ICAS International announces plans to consolidate its global support operations

AXA ICAS International recently announced new plans to consolidate and expand its global EAP and wellness operations for its global multinational customers.

On the back of the continued growth of its highly successful South African business, the company will now be consolidating its global activity into the Johannesburg offices, where its international software development and Africa-wide account teams are already based. AXA ICAS International’s senior management team, global account managers, and business and strategic development functions will continue to be based out of its London offices in the UK.

Service delivery to local and global clients remains unchanged as this is provided locally in over 100 countries through our global network of ICAS and partner service centres.

The international team that will be based in the Johannesburg office will focus primarily on business support functions, clinical governance, on-going development of its expanding web-based technologies as well as on research and development into future service offering for clients across the world.
