Counselling Services

A core component of our EWP is counselling, and this can either be via the telephone, face-to-face or via video link. Our counselling is short term and solution focused.  If employees need longer term support, our teams will help them find the support they need in their local area.

Life has its ups and downs, and everyone has times when issues are difficult to handle and may affect our lives at work and individuals don't know who to turn to for help.  That's where we can help.

Providing an EWP to your employees means that you help your employees deal with their emotional and psychological issues before it impacts on their productivity or presence at work.

Our service is provided by professional and qualified counsellors who are very experienced in dealing with a wide range of issues, from stress, anxiety, depression, burnout and bereavement to trauma, relationship problems and many more.

Our specialists are available 24/7, 365 per year.


Telephone Counselling

Many of our clients choose our counselling via the telephone in the local language of the employee.  All calls to our local call centres are answered by trained counsellors, providing immediate help to the individual. Employees can call us as many times as they need, about the same problem or other issues they find themselves facing.


Personal Counselling

In some situations, more personal counselling is required. This can be face-to face or by SkypeTM, via our global network of approved counsellors. We aim to provide initial sessions within 7 working days of receiving the request. We normally find that up to 5 sessions of personal counselling is sufficient.
