Channel partners and brokers

ICAS’ core sales pitch team and sales administration team provide extensive pre-sales, sales, and post-sales support to channel partners and brokers.

 

These teams consisting of executive and senior ICAS representatives support channel partners and brokers with product training, client pitches, global service delivery, processing work orders, and activating clients across all countries.

Pre-sales

The ICAS sales team will provide extensive product training and sales collateral which includes a standard pitch deck, product brochures, proposal templates, pricing calculators and operational supporting documentation.

 

Additional support will also be provided in responsive sales, clinical, and operational teams.

During sales

The ICAS sales team will provide support with pricing queries, ongoing training and RFP support where required. Our partnership and ability to support will also be demonstrated with global service delivery.

Post-sales

The ICAS sales administration team will ensure a seamless client activation process across all countries while an ICAS Global Account Manager provides support with implementation, marketing, activation, and reporting.

Affiliates

ICAS World works in 155 countries across the world and offers a range of exciting opportunities to affiliate with a leading provider of Global Employee Assistance support. ICAS affiliates work on a contractual basis and as such are able to determine the type of cases that they accept, when they see the clients and how many hours they work.

 

This flexible work arrangement allows affiliates to work with a diverse range of interesting challenges within the goal orientated EAP model. ICAS World and its partners provide ongoing supervision and support for complex or challenging cases and there are a number of training opportunities throughout the year.

Join our network

All ICAS International affiliates are required to have professional training and background which is appropriate for the country in which they are offering support.

 

Affiliates must either:

  • be licensed Clinical or Counselling Psychologist or equivalent
  • be licensed Counsellor/Psychotherapist or equivalent
  • be licensed in country to provide counselling such as a Social Worker

Applicants must:

  • have fluency in required local languages
  • a minimum of 5 years working experience counselling a range of presenting issues
  • have consulting rooms which are set aside for the purpose, and which are easily accessible, private and appointed to standards consistent with business requirements
  • be employed or self employed with a capacity to take on private clients
  • belong to a professional association/society appropriate to their training and background and recognized in their country, or if no formal recognition is available within the country, in another country
  • have an agreed formal arrangement for counselling supervision and professional support
  • have a satisfactory professional reference from their supervisor or an experienced practitioner familiar with their clinical work
  • be personally insured to cover their counselling work through Public liability including treatment risk and professional indemnity
